Easy route. From Basel, the city with the densest cultural offering in all of Europe, we cycle through the largest cherry-growing region in Switzerland, the Baselbiet. From Aarau, the town with the late Gothic and Baroque terraced houses with the richly decorated gabled roofs, we continue via Lucerne, the gateway to Central Switzerland, to Stans.

Note(s)
There is a lot of traffic between Sursee and Sempach Hauptstrasse.
Tour can also be done in the opposite direction (Chiasso-Basel: 3600 hm).
