Beim Schulhaus Junkerwald startet der Vitaparcours Hochdorf. Durch den Junkerwald und den Herrenwald werden Sie auf dem 2.1 km langen Parcours geführt. Die Stationen unterwegs fördern die Beweglichkeit und Geschicklichkeit (gelb markiert), die rot markierten sind Kraftübungen und mit den blauen Übungen trainieren Sie die Ausdauer.
