The barefoot hiking trail is a real hiking trail. For safety reasons, always carry your shoes with you and pay attention to the ground. Thorns, insects, roots or pointed stones can cause injuries.
People with certain illnesses such as diabetes, vascular diseases or insect allergies should pay special attention or avoid walking without shoes altogether.
