Every year Rosi Kuettel plans the delightful Gersau's gnome trail. A trip to the Rigi Scheidegg is especially worthwhile for families who enjoy hiking. The cable car Obergschwend - Rigi Burggeist takes you to the starting point of the hike. The children's playgrounds at the mountain inns Rigi Scheidegg and Rigi Burggeist are a must.

Getting there

From Goldau to Kraebel valley station by car and change to cable car Kraebel - Rigi Scheidegg. You can arrive there also via Gersau, where you can change to the cable car Obergschwend - Rigi Burggeist.
